
Waypoint Partners
While at Waypoint Partners, my fundamental goal was to boost brand visibility. Make sure the we were well known in the industry with the correct detail around our offerings. To do this my personal goal was to try to enhance the personal brands of each of the Partners. By focussing on the personal brands it automatically raises the corporate brand, especially in an advisory capacity as our clients are trusting us to advise them on their business, their livelihood, the thing that feeds their family. My role as a marketer was to show the market that this team were as I knew them to be - authentic, agency veterans that genuinely care about their clients.
LinkedIn management
I managed both organic and paid elements for Waypoint's LinkedIn. My main responsibility was maintaining a high attention to detail, ensuring brand continuity and promoting the activities of the company in a manner that would resonate with our target agencies.
Twitter management
Again, I managed both organic and paid elements. My goal for Waypoint's twitter was to utilise the platforms more personal and relaxed tone to engage with our target market.
Website management
I was responsible for updating the website when offerings changed, new people joined / team left etc. in addition to uploading blog posts. I was directly accountable to ensure continuity, constant stream of posting and that they were all to a high standard.
